Ich vermute aber, dass das Ergebnis ohne solche Vorfälle auch nicht viel anders ausgefallen wäre. Man braucht in solchen Systemen keine Manipulation am Wahltag selber. Es gab keine ernsthafte Konkurrenz, die sich in irgendeiner Form unabhängig hätte profilieren können. Wenn die Gegenkandidaten weitgehend unbekannt sind, werden sie nicht gewählt. Viele Russen haben mit Putin kein größeres Problem und wenn sie nur ihn kennen, wählen sie ihn.
Das mag stimmen, allerdings macht es das ja um so seltsamer, warum Putin es nötig hat sich seinen Sieg mit solchen Videos zu "entwerten". Auch die Unterdrückung anderer Gegenkandidaten macht doch keinen rehcten Sinn. Auch mit 70% hätte er doch genug Legitimität gehabt.

Es ist einfach auch noch einmal eine Machtdemonstration... Damit überhaupt kein Zweifel daran besteht, wer im Land die Macht hat.
